The Kundalini is a primal force of awakening.

It is different to a spiritual awakening, rather than being emotional, it is a more energetic experience.

This can be a smooth and subtle, or intense experience.

Kundalini is a Sanskrit word that means “she who is coiled” – it refers to primordial life force energy at the base of the spine depicted as a snake

Once awoken, travels up the chakras of the body and into your crown chakra, where higher consciousness is triggered.

The result of this higher awareness is a greater understanding of one’s essence the soul and, life purpose.

In a profound new way.

On this day we explore the energy of our primal life force as it is ebbing and flowing and moving through our being.

How can we use this primal force to enhance and stabilize ourselves while going through these huge planetary changes?

Almora brings with him the masters of the Kundalini and their teachings, love, energy and support.

As they guide and support us.

We will be under their guidance to practice exercises and processes to help us raise and stabilize our primal force of power.

LOVE!  This is a crucial time, for we are being called to restructure our lives and the way we live, on our mother Gaia planet. It is also a time to nurture ourselves, so we can sustain these changes. We are part of creating a new more balanced, and harmonious world and community.

* Breathing and meditation exercises, with Almora's path working journey to allow the flow of energy needing attention or expression

* Kundalini exercises and process guided by the Almora team

* Sharing/healing Circle within a safe and loving space

* Healing guided energy alignment with the Almora team

* Celebration and gratitude exercises (celebrate your contribution and purpose for being)

* Inspirational music and creative exercises for restoration and peace

* Yummy healthy vegetarian plant-based food and treats

* Channelled guided healing journey

* Sacred sounds and chants

* Use of essential oils and crystals

* Affirmation and gift to take away

* Finishing with a group healing and prayer for the earth

* Sometimes to integrate, reflect and relax in the garden, or enjoy the swimming pool (weather permitting)
