We are excited to introduce these monthly 4 – 6 weekly events, to support nourish, and inspire your journey.

Each event will include a different theme, involve teachings, healing meditations, group transmissions, delicious healthy nourishing snacks... and hopefully, the opportunity to ask questions to Almora. 

They will be uniquely created to support, nourish and inspire the energy of each soul gathered.   In the coming months, we will try different locations, extend to a day’s event, and invite guest speakers.     On our first Soulful Sunday, we create time in our lives to explore our own process and healing path of grief. While supported with the powerful and healing divine love of the Almora team. 

You are invited into a sacred space and into deep communion with source, and a gathering of loving heart-centered beings, to do so.

This first Soulful Sunday - 24 April 'Healing loss and Grief'

We will have a beautiful morning with the Almora team, reflecting and releasing conscious and unconscious energy, that is hindering us or causing us suffering, and doing this in a loving and honouring way.  

We are Inviting forgiveness for ourselves and others in our world. Opening our hearts and souls, into alignment and presence. Feeling more fully into our true essence, and clarity for moving forward. To further clarify, heal, transform and expand into the essence of who we really are. 

LOVE!  This is a crucial time, for we are being called to restructure our lives and the way we live, on our mother Gaia planet. It is also a time to nurture ourselves, so we can sustain these changes. We are part of creating a new more balanced, and harmonious world and community. 

Which will affect the earth, and all who dwell on her.  This morning we reflect on what we have learned and experienced, how we have grown, and what is moving out of our lives, preparing us for something new to enter. 

The day will consist of:  

* Healing, channeling with Almora / Dellaina  

* Breathing and meditation exercises, with Almora's path working journey to allow the flow of energy needing attention or expression 

* Sharing/healing Circle within a safe and loving space

* Self-forgiveness and others we have had conflict within our lives (even if you feel you have nothing to forgive)

* Healing guided energy alignment with the Almora team

* Celebration and gratitude exercises (celebrate your contribution and purpose for being)

* Inspirational music and creative exercises for restoration and peace

* Yummy healthy vegetarian plant-based food and treats

* Channelled guided healing journey

* Sacred sounds and chants

* Use of essential oils and crystals

* Affirmation and gift to take away

* Finishing with a group healing and prayer for the earth

* Sometimes to integrate, reflect and relax in the garden, or enjoy the swimming pool (weather permitting) 

 Almora will bring a powerful vortex of healing and transformational energy which will activate and support your own alignment and insight, with the energy of integration and clarity.  This will be an inspiring, nurturing, nourishing, and uplifting day. 

Almora will also facilitate an exercise to invoke and support this energy unique to you, inviting you to experience clarity and empowerment.
