Information deemed private or confidential provided to Almora Unlimited will not be abused, sold, or distributed to third parties unless a legal authority receives a confirmed request. None of your personal information will appear on our website, be exposed to the public domain, or be used anywhere by Almora Unlimited without your prior consent.

You have complete control of your information, and it can be removed from our databanks at any time upon your confirmed request.

Terms & Conditions

Despite the unique nature of our work, Almora Unlimited is run as a business entity. We therefore respectfully request that you adhere to the usual practices of good faith when entering into a contract with us.

Any booking resulting from an inquiry, whether confirmed verbally, electronically, or in writing, will be subject to these terms and conditions. These terms & conditions are in place to protect both us and you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are familiar with and abide by our latest terms and conditions prior to committing to using our services. We are responsible for making these easily available to you.

​

To reflect the fact that our business is constantly growing, Almora Unlimited may amend these terms and conditions in whole or in part from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.

We have made every effort to word these terms and conditions in plain English, clarifying various clauses where necessary. If you do not understand these terms, please ask us for clarification.

Strictly No Soliciting

You may not, without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means, solicit before, during, or after any Almora Unlimited event.

Solicitation is any activity that seeks to make contact with participants, collect information, sell items, or gain participant support or promote (themselves or others) for commercial purposes.

This policy applies to a wide range of activities, including advertising, selling, petitioning, campaigning, distributing flyers and business cards, and surveying participants by telephone, mail, e-mail, or in person.

Unlimited Disclaimer

​

Almora Unlimited, Almora Unlimited Directors, or employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages or be held responsible or accountable in any way for the ramifications of ANY advice supplied to clients.

​

The advice given is not designed to replace medical, psychological, legal, mental, or any other professional advice or services under any circumstances. All members of the populace consulting with Almora Unlimited are always responsible for their welfare.

 

The advice supplied to all participants is designed to aid personal advancement only. For the purposes of Law, all advice provided by Almora Unlimited is for entertainment purposes only.

You may not, without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means, Adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of any electronic communication, electronic resource, electronic document, printed matter or concept, or commercialize, copy, or on-sell any information, or items obtained from any part of any electronic communication, electronic resource, electronic document or printed matter or concept.

Infringement – What are the penalties for copyright infringement? New Zealand Law

Where copyright is infringed, the copyright owner may bring legal action against the infringer to recover damages or an account of profits. Damages are monetary compensation paid to the copyright owner for loss suffered regarding the infringement. An account of profits is the profit the infringer makes from their infringing activities.

Sometimes, a person may commit a criminal offence if they make, import, sell, hire, or distribute infringing copies of works. Criminal liability can attract fines of up to $150,000 and imprisonment for up to 5 years.

Events

​

The term ‘Event’ includes all workshops, retreats, Soul food evenings, or any other arrangements hosted or facilitated by Almora.

​

We expect participants at our events to keep the experiences of other group members confidential.

​

Please note that you are responsible for providing us with any information that you feel may affect or compromise your experience at any event (including, but not limited to, food allergies, medical conditions, past trauma, general preferences, etc.).

 

The participant must ensure that he/she is medically fit and can embark upon an event.

​

Almora retains the intellectual property rights for all manuals and recorded sessions.

Therefore, these may not be shared without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means.

​

Right Of Admission:

​

Right Of Admission is Reserved (ROAR) by Almora for all events.

​

For the benefit of all participants, we reserve the right to accept or reject any participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.

The same applies to participants who violate these terms & conditions.

​

Almora will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred if it has to terminate a participant’s attendance for these reasons.

​

Payment Terms of Trade For all of our Events:

​

A non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation for all events (unless otherwise specified) this is either 25% of the full fee unless otherwise stated on the event booking information.

​

Your place cannot be confirmed until this is paid.

​

The balance is due no later than 60 days before the event unless otherwise stated on the event booking information form.

​

This does not apply to our monthly 'Soul food Evenings', which need to be paid for in advance and are totally nonrefundable and nontransferable. Neither does it apply to any early bird offers, which require payments to be made by the due date.

​

For courses, retreats, or tours, the payment dates due are clearly outlined on the booking.

​

Payment of your deposit, or part thereof, is an acceptance of these terms & conditions.

​

Please note that there is a 100% no-refund deposit policy for all our events.

​

Event Cancellation Fees:

​

Each event is unique, so please check for the cancellation policy as stated in the event information, otherwise:

​

Deposits are non-refundable.

​

Cancellations made 90 days or more before an event will incur a 20% deposit cancellation fee unless other fees are applicable.

Cancellations made within 60 days before an event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

​

Full payment is expected, and you will be charged for cancellation without notification.

​

In cases of genuine emergencies, cancellation charges can be waived at Almora Unlimited's discretion and by prior arrangement only.

​

No partial refunds or exchanges may be given for unused portions of any event.

Almora reserves the right to change this cancellation policy at any time.

​

Refunds are processed within 21 days via Paypal unless international events which may take longer.

We will advise you of the estimated cancellation processing time at the time of cancellation.

​

Consultations

​

This section covers individual (one-to-one) channelling sessions or other sessions facilitated by Dellaina, Ihaia, or Almora in person or via Zoom.

​

The appointment lasts approximately 1 hour, and within a few days of your session, an MP3 recording will be sent to you via a Dropbox link on the computer.

​

Full payment is due (unless otherwise agreed) by the invoice due date and no later than seven days before your consultation.

Registration is required prior to the start of your consultation, during which a copy of our terms and conditions will be given for you to sign.

​

Cancellation Fees For Consultations:

​

Consultations can be changed without fee, providing this is done within the following times:

​

Consultation appointments cancelled within 21 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations for consultations made within 14 days or without notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 

Full payment is expected, and you will be charged for cancellations that are not noted.

 

In genuine emergencies, cancellation charges may be waived at the discretion of Almora 'Beyond The Horizon' and only before the scheduled appointment.

Almora reserves the right to change this cancellation policy at any time.

​

Payment Options

​

Accepted forms of payment are; Bank transfer/deposit (ASB bank), and PayPal – Please note as of 18 September 2019 all PayPal transactions are subject to a PayPal booking fee of 6%.


Overseas bank account number (only by prior arrangement).

​

Receipts are available from us on request.

​

Any cash sent via post or by hand that becomes mislaid in transit is not recognized by Almora as payment.

​

Payment of your deposit is an acceptance of our terms & conditions.

​

Courses, Seminars, and Retreats

​

Full payment is due no later than the date specified on the invoices, which will vary.

​

Courses, seminars, and retreats are non-refundable, but Almora may, under certain circumstances, hold them in credit for a later date.

​

Electronic-Policy

​

Our copyright policy, privacy statement, and disclaimers cover any electronic communications or resources Almora provides. This includes all images, names, text, content, or other information provided via our website, e-mail, or electronic documents.

​

All information on this website (including statements, opinions, and any other content) may not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Administrator or Employees of Almora Unlimited.

​

We may collect your computer's IP address, which is recorded in the server log. If we collect your IP address, it will be utilized only to solve server problems and administer the Website and will not personally identify you in any way. We do not use ‘cookies’ on our website.

Almora Unlimited endeavours to avoid plagiarizing any content on our material. If information has been used previously, we urge any affected parties to contact us immediately in Good Faith.

Our policy is only to supply electronic information in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader required).

Security is of primary concern to Almora Unlimited, and we take active steps to ensure that our data is safe. If any parties are found to be abusing or compromising our systems, they will be banned from services provided by Almora Unlimited for life and will face legal action.

We do not condone spam and comply fully with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (New Zealand). The exceptions are express, inferred, and deemed consents as mentioned in the Act. If you want to unsubscribe from our confidential mailing list, don't hesitate to contact us; you will be removed immediately.

Almora will retain ownership of electronic communication or resources after they leave our domain and reserves the right to change any electronic material at any time.

International Tour-Specific Conditions 

These conditions pertain to any international tours facilitated by Almora Beyond The Horizon.

Travel Arrangements

​

The tour EXCLUDES your International Airfare to/from your chosen destination, compulsory travel insurance, meals, beverages, and your Visa (if required).

​

Investment

​

Considerable care has been taken to compile the information on our website and brochures. Still, circumstances may necessitate itinerary changes and costs, so you will be informed as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any changes which may occur and reserve the right to increase the price of any travel arrangement up to the date of departure. This includes adjustments for devaluation fuel surcharges, airfare increases, and international exchange rate fluctuations.

Right Of Admission:

Payments and refunds

​

Refunds will vary depending on destination and overseas policies; this will be advised on your booking form for each tour. Before your confirmation, these will also be outlined in detail on the event tour page.​

You will be given a letter with all these terms and conditions to sign prior to confirming your reservation.

General Policy

​

Cancellation more than 90 days in advance will incur a 50% Cancelation fee

Cancellation more than 60 days in advance will incur a 75% Cancelation fee

Cancellation within 60 days will be subject to the individual

Cancellation due to Failure to Pay


If full payment is not received by the due date, the Provider has the right to cancel your reservation, and no refund will be issued. The Provider will not be responsible for lost reservations.

​

Covid Update Alert waver


Due to the unprecedented circumstances in the world at present and concerning our international tours.
Any tours cancelled due to Covid 19 will be refunded less any fees incurred by Almora Beyond The Horizon, directly or indirectly related to this tour.

This includes providers and suppliers and all promotional materials relating to / and events relating to these tours. 

​

Visa and Passports

​

We are not responsible for your Visa, passport, or overseas travel arrangements, so please ensure that your travel documents, insurance, and arrangements are in good order. Some countries you may travel to require vaccinations and visas. Please make sure that you have researched this information in plenty of time.

​

To enter a foreign country, you must hold a valid passport, which might need at least (6) months of validity beyond the trip and a return ticket. Don't hesitate to contact the relevant authorities if in doubt.

​

We recommend arriving at the pickup location at least two days before the tour departure and one hour in advance. Also, traffic and transport delays are common in many destinations.

​

Some of the day’s activities may be changed to accommodate important events or delays by other providers. We ask that you be flexible and open to changes that may arise on our pilgrimage. Being in the moment is part of the adventure!

​

Travel Insurance

​

Travel insurance is a non-negotiable condition for joining us on any tours.

 

We cannot confirm your space if you do not have travel insurance.

 

All participants must have a full Travel Insurance policy in place by the time the full payment is made to cover loss, delays, illness, or cancellations prior to or during this trip. Please ensure it covers emergency evacuation and full cancellation for unforeseen circumstances.

​

We won’t be responsible and will be excluded from liability for any loss, damage, omission, or acts being negligent or otherwise committed by the operators of airlines, rail travel, accommodation suppliers, or attractions used in connection with this tour. We aren’t responsible for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule, or any other events which are beyond our direct control, such as, but not limited to, war, flood, civil disturbance, acts of God, acts of Government, or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action.

​

In addition, we will not be responsible for any losses arising, directly or indirectly, from the refusal, failure or inability of any company or organization, including but not limited to any airline, other transportation provider, hotel, car rental agency, booking agent or other provider of travel or tourism related services, because of their own Financial Default or the Financial Default of any person, company or organization with whom or with which they deal.

​

Suppose the event is altered, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled, or rendered inadvisable, impracticable, or impossible due to a fortuitous event or unforeseen occurrence. In that case, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising from a failure to perform any term of this contract.

​

We will require the company name and policy number as part of the booking form. Please ensure that your policy fully covers flight delays, flight cancellations, and accommodations, as this tour is not refundable. It is advisable to take out extra insurance to cover computer and camera equipment.

​

Emergency Contact

​

It is unlikely; however, we will require the details of a designated emergency contact person in case they are required. These details will remain confidential. Please advise them that they are your designated emergency contact person.

​

Photos, Maps & Hotel Descriptions

​

Hotel descriptions featured on our website & brochures are based on current hotel guides and contractual agreements provided by suppliers. Any facilities described are subject to change at any time. Maps and photographs are included for general information and may not necessarily reflect actual routes, locations or services. Hotel room photographs may not be specific to the exact room occupied.

​

Medication & Health Matters

​

The tour participant acknowledges being aware of the proposed itinerary and the participant should ensure that he/she is medically fit and able to embark upon such a tour.

Please ensure you have the entire supply of medications required for this trip. You are responsible for all charges incurred by visiting a medical facility or a medical practitioner visiting you. We are not responsible for the type or quality of the medical services you may receive.

We will ask you for any medication that you may require. This information will only be used if medically required and will be held in the strictest confidence. You are also responsible for any required vaccinations.

Baggage

​

No responsibility is accepted for the loss of or damage to baggage or any of the tour participant’s belongings throughout the tour. Baggage and personal effects are, at all times, the sole responsibility of the participant.

 

Other

​

For the benefit of all tour participants, we reserve the right to accept or reject any participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.

Almora will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred if it has to terminate a participant’s attendance on this tour for these reasons.
